Natural Stain Removal

When cleaning surfaces that can scratch, it is better to use natural stain removal products.

1. Never use abrasive cleaners on plastic laminated counter-tops, they scratch and will romove the finish.

When stains happen, squeeze lemon juice over them,allow to soak for 1/2 hour. Next sprinkle baking soda over the lemon juice,and wipe clean with a soft cloth.

2. Mild dish-washing liquid and water, is fine for daily cleanup. wash and rinse with water.The counter-top will not get scratched, and will stay looking good.

3. You can also clean counter-tops, with club soda and wipe with a soft cloth. Then rinse with warm water and wipe dry.

4. Shiny-finish counter-tops will stay shiny if you squeeze lemon juice, on it once a week and wipe dry. Tile Counter Top

You may think that the grout between tiles will stain and look dirty, it is not that difficult to keep clean.

A. Grout will stay clean if you seal it with grout sealer. You can buy it at a tile store.

B. You should apply new sealer every year.

C. If the grout gets dirty, you can make a cleaning solution.2 tablespoons of mild bleach to a quart of water. Use a cotton swab, just on the grout.

It will bleach out the stains.

D. You can wash tiles with dish-washing liquid and water.

Scrub tiles with a nylon brush Clean with warm water.
