Using green cleaning tips that work is a good way to limit your exposure to household chemicals. We clean houses and apartments with vapor steam. It cleans without toxic chemicals. We also clean and sanitize commercial kitchens in restaurants. The hot vapor steam kills bacteria, germs and samonella without using toxic chemicals.

We are subjected to chemicals in our food and breath them in when we clean our house, and when we put on suntan lotion, face or body creams and many beauty product. It is almost impossible to get chemicals out of our lives entirely.

Once you know where most of the chemicals are located it will be easy to convert to toxin free cleaning.

Most chemicals that contaminate our homes are found in pesticides that are in pest control products that control roaches and flea treatment and moth proofing.

Pesticides are also in Plastics, children's toys, air fresheners, vinyl flooring, p.v.c. products, paints and solvents, flame retardants in fabrics and upholstery, and chemical cleaning products under the sink.
